Scenes cannot be added in the Playlist.
• The added scenes exceed 99. Delete unnecessary scenes (p.43, 65).
A scene cannot be deleted.
• Protected images cannot be deleted. Cancel the image protection (p.68)
Dubbing/Connecting to other devices
Images from connected devices are not displayed on the LCD screen or the
viewfinder (For DCR-SR100E only).
• Touch t [REC CTRL] (p.72).
The aspect ratio of the playback is not correct when connecting your camcorder
to the TV.
• Set [TV TYPE] depending on your TV (p.40).
Images from connected devices cannot be zoomed.
• You cannot zoom scenes input from the other device on your camcorder.
No sound is heard during playback.
• The audio will not be output when you connect a device via the S VIDEO plug only. Connect
the white and red plugs of the A/V connecting cable, too (p.40, 69).
You cannot dub correctly using the A/V connecting cable.
• The A/V connecting cable is not connected properly. Make sure that the A/V connecting cable
is connected to the proper jack, i.e. to the output jack of a device you are dubbing a image from,
or to the input jack of another device for dubbing a image from your camcorder (p.69, 71).
Others
The beep sounds for five seconds.
• The temperature of your camcorder is extremely high. Turn off your camcorder and leave it
for a while in a cool place.
• Some problems have occurred in your camcorder. Turn off and on, then operate your camcorder
again.
