4.3.3 Simulated Encoder Resolution
SW4 sets the simulated encoder resolution according to the following table. The default
position is 512 lines per revolution.

under the DX motor setup chart in Section 4.2.
4.4.1 Full Scale Speed
SW1/1 sets the full scale speed to match the control loop to the motor rated maximum
speed.
ON = 3000 RPM (default)
OFF = 6000 RPM
