MACHINE ASSEMBLY

FITTING THE STEERING WHEEL (Fig.5,6)
Position the machine on the flat and align the
front wheels (19).
1 Fit the steering wheel column extension (G)
on the shaft(22) and secure it with the M6x35
screw and M6 Hex lock nut (E) provided.
Tighten well (fig.5).
2 Position the steering wheel (D) on the exten-
sion and secure with the M6x35 screw and
M6 Hex lock nut (E) provided. Tighten well
(fig.6).
FITTING THE CASING (Fig. 7-11)
1 Remove the 6 screws to separate the two
half-shells of the casing (H) (fig.7).
2 Position the rear half-shell (part with key
switch, H-1), blocking the fastening tabs in
the support base (23). Keep the switch
power plugs (24) handy (fig.8).
3 Connect the two plugs (24) (fig.9).
4 Position the front half-shell (H-2) and make
the screw fastening holes coinside (fig.10).
5 Reposition and tighten the 6 screw (fig.11).
FITTING THE SEAT (Fig. 12,13)
1 Fix the seat (B) on the deck with the M8x20
Hex bolt (E) (fig.12).
2 Before tightening the 4 bolts adjust the
forward / backward position of the seat, to
suit the driver (fig.13).
FITTING THE BAG-HOOK SPRING
(Fig. 14-17)
1 Loosen the screws (25) and remove the rear
cover by pressing from inside (fig.14).
2 Cut the plastic straps to free the hook (26)
and spring (27) (fig.15).
3 Secure the two spring hooks in the two holes
indicated by the arrows (fig.16).
4 Reposition the cover by pressing with your
hands and securing with the screws (fig.17).
FITTING THE GRASS COLLECTION BAG
(Fig. 18-26)
The bag frame (C) is pre-assembled and the
screws and nuts for complete fitting are
secured at the points indicated by the arrows
(fig.18).
1 Loosen the screws and nuts so as to be able
to open and fasten the frame (fig.19).
2 Tighten all the screws and the nuts of the
frame.
3 Fit the frame inside the bag (I) (fig.20).
4 Secure all the plastic profiles (fig.21) to the
frame tubes, with the aid of a screwdriver
(fig.22).
5 Fasten the handle (28) to the bag frame,
using the M6x16 screws provided(E) (fig.23).
6 Fit the bag overturning lever as shown in,
after removing the screw and lock nut (fig.24).
7 Fasten the rod with the screw and lock nut
once positioned (fig.25).
8 Secure the bag to the machine (fig.26).
