NOTE: If collision repairs were made to front
end of vehicle, it may be necessary to re-align the
shell and hood panels, using means of threaded
yoke on radiator shell support strut rods (fig. 4).
By shortening or lengthening rods, top of radiator
core and shell can be tilted fore and aft to obtain
proper hood alignment.
FENDER ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT
NOTE: The following describes procedure for
replacing the complete fender assembly which in­
cludes components shown in figure 5. Replacing
the right-hand fender assembly necessitates re­
moving the battery and box bolted to the right-hand
fender skirt and fender support.
