1.3 Clamp Ring Inspection

Make sure the clamp rings on the hopper that connect the sections of the
together are tight, particularly the one at the lower part of the hopper that connects the
bottom of the conical section. Note that the clamp ring that attaches the hopper lid
does not have to be as tight.
