Posi on the trapwork assembly on the keybed so that these points align...

A ach the trapwork assembly to the keybed using four (4) 10x1" par cle board screws [70080].
Straight Lever to Damper Tray Rod.
We suggest using a thread rod with two nuts to measure the exact length needed.
Then cut the Sustain Rod [8427029] to the proper length needed.
Place the two (2) Sustain Rod Caps [8427031] over the ends of the Rod.
Insert on end of the Sustain Rod into hole in the damper tray and the other end into the Grommet of the Straight Lever.
Adjust the Sustain Lever Extension [8427005] to align with sustain pedal rod. Tighten the two Lever Extension screws.
Adjust the Li Bolt so that the dampers fall to a full rest on the strings and to eliminate lost mo on.
Notch the Solenoid Rail cover where the Trapwork Straight Bar enters
Adjust the sustain pedal's push rod nut so that there is 1/4" li on the damper tray
