PROBLEM
The Nexus power station
stops discharging.
During discharging,
previous generation
batteries will flash in red,
green or orange while the
new generation batteries
(with 5-segment fuel
gauge) show solid green.
CAUSE
 Fuse is overloaded.
 The Nexus power
station is in overload
condition.
 The Nexus power
station is in overheat
condition.
 The battery is in low
voltage, lower to 10%
of the total charge.
 This is normal and
does not impact the
functionality and
performance of the
Nexus power station.
Different generations of
EGO batteries will have
different displays.
56-VOLT NEXUS POWER STATION - PST3040/ PST3040-FC
SOLUTION
 Replace the fuse with a
new one by a qualified
service technician.
The identical fuse is
80 Amp, illustrated as
Fig.1b shown.
 Remove the device and
press the reset button
to reactivate the Nexus
power station.
 Detach the battery
away from the Nexus
power station and move
the power station to a
cool place for thorough
cooling.
 Charge the battery.
