Lift idler pulley out of slot.

Press Tension Release tail
pulley down until it "Locks"
into the locked position.

Underside Idler Roller Full Width
Underside Idler 2"- 6" Wide Stub Roller
Underside Idler 8" - 24" Wide Stub Roller
Drive Timing Belt (090 for ≤ 50 Sprocket teeth, 100 for ≥ 52 sprocket teeth)
Single Output Drive Pulley and Bearing Assembly
Dual Output Drive Pulley and Bearing Assembly

Remove Idler pulley from
conveyor.

Replace with new idler pulley.
