Do you have a question about the FFTW4120SW and is the answer not in the manual?
Questions and answers
How do you remove the agitator?
To remove the agitator from a Frigidaire FFTW4120SW washer:
1. Disconnect power and turn off the water supply.
2. Open the washer lid.
3. Remove the center cap of the agitator. You can pull it off by hand or use a tack puller to pry it up from the edges carefully.
4. After removing the cap, you will see four screws. These do not always need removal, but taking them out can provide better access.
Proceed with replacing or servicing the agitator as needed.
