Unplug the XR-3100. Switch the toggle on the programming cable to the WAN position.
10. Unplug the cord and disconnect it from the terminal block.
11. Return the XR-3100 to the original packaging. Ensure that you include at least one battery
in the packaging with the device but do NOT install it in the XR-3100.
