Timer recording

You can enter up to 32 programmes within a
month in advance. (Each daily or weekly
programme is counted as one programme.)
This unit can record two programmes being
broadcasted at the same time.

Press [GUIDE].
TV Guide appears.

• If on-screen instructions are displayed,
follow them.
• You can set the start and finish time to make the timer
recording work successfully. (
Buffer, Timer Record Stop Buffer)
• Timer recordings set for two consecutive programmes will
be treated as simultaneous timer recordings set for two
programmes. If you set a timer recording for an additional
channel, the Overlapped Timer Recording screen may be
displayed. After selecting "Keep" to close the Overlapped
Timer Recording screen, adjust the recording start and end
times on the Timer Recording screen (
recording)
• Some broadcasters may not send programme information
correctly. In such cases, use manual timer recording.

If "Overlapped Timer Recording" screen
appears
To resolve an Overlapped Timer Recording
1 Select "Change", then press [OK].
2 Follow the on-screen instructions.

Please delete unnecessary programme to resolve.

Press the green button (Previous day) or the
yellow button (Next day).
To change TV Guide view
Press [GUIDE] to switch between "Landscape"
view and "Portrait" view.
To set a timer recording using the TV Guide
Press the red button.
To find programme [Keyword Search,
Category Selection (e.g., Art/Culture), etc.]
1 Press [OPTION].
2 Select the item below, then press [OK].
Keyword Search
Displays programmes including the input
keyword.
• Refer to "Entering text". (
Programme Type Search
Displays programmes of the selected type.
If, for example, you select "Art/Culture", only
the programmes related to arts and culture are
displayed.
Category Selection
Displays channels in the selected category.
(Free TV etc.)
• To return to the previous TV Guide list
Select "All DVB Channels".
3 Select the programme, then press the red
button for timer recording.
