The slides on my vanity drawer do not operate properly. When the drawer is closed it won't open when I push it in and let go. Is there some adjustment to the slide mechanism that can fix this?

To adjust the slide mechanism on a Robern Curated Cartesian Vanity drawer that does not open properly, follow these steps:

1. Fully extend the slide rails – Pull the rails all the way out to ensure they are properly aligned.
2. Reinstall the drawer – Place the drawer back into the extended slide rails.
3. Secure the drawer – Close the drawer until you hear a series of clicks, indicating it is properly engaged.
4. Check leveling – If the drawer does not open or close smoothly, verify that the vanity frame is level and adjust if necessary.
5. Shim if needed – If the wall is bowed or uneven, shim the frame to ensure proper alignment.
6. Tighten structural bolts – Ensure that the frame bolts are securely tightened to maintain stability.

If the issue persists, check for obstructions or misaligned components in the slide mechanism.
