How can I get after-sales service?
1. Call the customer support center (1588-4487), or request after-sales service on the "Customer
Service" page of our website.
2. Write down details on the problem, and any other related details you want us to know about,
and send it with the PMP to our headquarters by mail.
3. You can also visit our headquarters and request after-sales service in person.
How long is the warranty period?
1. The warranty period for free service covers one year from the date of purchase.
2. If the damage is due to user neglect, however, the free warranty period does not apply, and
after-sales service will be provided only for a fee.
I entered the serial number to register the product but the
'serial number incorrect' message appears.
1. Check if you have entered the S/N (Serial Number) of 17 alphanumeric characters printed on
the rear side of the product.
How can I register the product?
1. If you have purchased the product, connect to the odd-i website and select Customer
Support>Register Product on the website.
