A video file is not played or is played incorrectly.
1. When you play a video, the initial loading may take a while.
2. Check whether the file format is supported by the product, or if the file is corrupted.
Try playing it on a PC to check the file's integrity.
3. Videos of higher resolution than catered for by the product's specifications cannot be played.
4. If the Safe Driving Mode is set in the Environment Settings, video is not output, although audio
is output.
