Guarantee

Thanks for buying KIPOR products. We will give you a guarantee as follows if any incompliance
occurs.
Guarantee content
The company will give a free repair (referred to as guarantee repair in the following) if there is any
disqualification of material or process on our original parts. It is available for replaceable parts or
repair. The dismantled disqualified products will be taken back by KIPOR.
Guarantee period
The period of accepting repair begins from any day within a year from the day the product was
bought. Under the circumstance of frequent and long-time use, the guarantee period should be 6
months.
Items out of guarantee
Repair can not be assured if the faults are caused by following reasons:
Regular check and maintenance are not carried out according to the instruction of KIPOR.
Operations not following the instructions.
Bad or wrong maintenance.
Working over the limitations regulated by KIPOR.
Reformation without commission of KIPOR.
Faults caused by carelessness of user.
Use of unoriginal parts.
A guaranteed repair will not be given for the followings:
Aging after use for some time (natural fading of coating surface and metal plating)
Normal sense without influencing quality and performance (noise, vibration, oil smell)
Problems caused by natural disasters like typhoon and fire.
Problems caused by medicine and salt damage.
We do not bear the cost for:
Repairs not in the store you buy it or other KIPOR service departments.
Checking, cleaning, regulating and regular maintenance.
Inconvenience or loss caused by the failure use of the machine (like shutout loss or business
loss)
Cost and compensation out of the condition instructed by this guarantee.
Guarantee range
This guarantee is only available when buying ATS cabinet for domestic use and will end as carried
to foreign countries.
Methods to obtain a guaranteed repair
Take the ATS cabinet guarantee and invoice to the shop the products were bought or to any KIPOR
generator service store to apply for repair service. The service is not available unless you bring with
the guarantee.
Validation of guarantee service
The guarantee will take effect when the customers and sellers fill in the necessary items, sign their
names and affix seals on the purchase invoice and on this guarantee.
