Note:
1. 93 °C/ 200 °F is the start temperature shown on the display.
2. 96 °C/ 205 °F is the lowest temperature you can set.
3. 221 °C/ 430 °F is the highest temperature you can set and will be shown on
the display.

Soft Touch Digital Controller
The Soft Touch Digital Controller is used to set the
temperature and time for the timer.
Holding down the + and - buttons will continue to
count automatically.
