AS-Interface (AS-i)
Addressing the Saunders® M-VUE
Addressing the M-VUE can be performed with a standard AS-i Handheld programmer or by network configuration software. The
number of addresses depends on the AS-i version.
The default address for M-VUE is 0.
I/O and ID Parameters
I/O Code - is a hexadecimal code recorded on the AS-i chip, and determines a code to indicate the number of inputs and outputs
of the slave.
ID Code - This code also hexadecimal indicates a number of specifications and functions of the slave, called the PROFILE and is also
standardized by the AS- Interface association.
