Wen 3500 (6.5 hp engine) carburetor assembly

To disassemble the carburetor on a Wen 3500 generator, do the following:

Remove the hex head bolt from the bottom of the carburetor bowl.

Separate the bowl from the bottom of the carburetor.

Page 2 Remove the pivot pin from the float and pull the float away from the carburetor. Insert a ¼” flat head screwdriver into the center stem of the carburetor and remove the jet.
Page 3 Remove the nozzle from inside the center stem. Reassembly is in reverse order. Be sure the o-ring is properly seated between the bowl and the bottom of the carburetor.
