as part of error checking.

System read an out-of-range
temperature value when retrieving bake
data from EEPROM.

What To Do
EEPROM memory is integrated onto the
microcontroller so this should be unlikely.
Replace the controller.
Any value above 250 C will cause this
error. Indicated corruption of data.
Reset back temperature to below
480 F/250 C.
Thermocouple or thermocouple wiring is
bad.
Check the thermocouple wiring. Replace
as necessary
