    Le batterie al Litio devono avere integrato il BMS (Battery Management System); consigliamo di contattare la Western CO. per la scelta della batteria agli ioni di Litio da collegare al WRM30+. E’ assolutamente vietato collegare al WRM30+ batterie al litio che non hanno BMS integrato, infatti il BMS protegge la batteria da condizioni di funzionamento anomalo che potrebbero portare all’incendio della batteria stessa.

    WRM30+ Manuale utente al valore minimo, come se il sistema rilevasse una temperatura di 60°C. Nella configurazione con batteria litio, la compensazione di temperatura è disabilitata. Il WRM30+ ha un riconoscimento automatico della tensione di batteria eseguito all’accensione, di conseguenza imposta i parametri di ricarica appropriati come descritto in tab.

    WRM30+ Manuale utente configurazione SEAL se si usano batteria ermetiche VRLA o di tipo GEL, mentre si deve scegliere la configurazione FLOOD se si usano batterie ad acido libero. Oppure Li per Litio (vedi § Configurazione del sistema 5) Impostare il programma di gestione del carico adeguato alla propria applicazione. Nota: non collegare all’uscita LOAD carichi che assorbono una corrente superiore a 15A, altrimenti il sistema va in protezione per sovracorrente ( ) e il carico non viene alimentato.

    WRM30+ Manuale utente Collaudo dell’impianto Appena realizzati i collegamenti come in fig. 2 è necessario procedere al collaudo del sistema. 1- All’accensione il display indicherà temporaneamente la revisione del firmware (vedi § Configurazione del sistema punto 1.0) e subito dopo una videata che indicherà la tensione nominale del sistema rilevata (vedi § Visualizzazioni punto 0.3/0.5).

    Lithium-ion batteries need to have integrated Battery Management System (BMS) so we recommend to contact Western CO. to select the right lithium-ion battery to connect to WRM30+ charge controller. It is absolutely forbidden to connect to WRM30+ lithium-ion batteries without BMS; the BMS protects the battery from unsafe operating conditions that can lead to battery explosion or burning.

    (Battery Management System) integriert haben; wir empfehlen für die Wahl der Lithium-Ionen-Batterie, die an das WRM30+ angeschlossen werden soll, Western CO. zu kontaktieren. Es ist strengstens verboten, Lithium-Ionen-Batterien ohne integriertes BMS an das WRM30+ anzuschließen, das BMS schützt nämlich gegen anormale Betriebsbedingungen, die zum Brand der Batterie führen könnten.
  • Page 69 WRM30+ Benutzerhandbuch Klemmen des WRM30+ gemessen, während die V je nach Temperatur nicht kompensiert wird, und vorsichtshalber wird die V dann auf den Mindestwert eingestellt, wie wenn das System eine Temperatur von 60 °C erfassen würde. Bei der Konfiguration mit der Lithiumbatterie ist die Temperaturkompensation deaktiviert. Das WRM30+ erkennt beim Einschalten die Spannung der Batterie automatisch, folglich werden die entsprechenden Ladeparameter wie in Tab.
  • Page 70 WRM30+ Benutzerhandbuch 4) An das WRM30+ können Bleibatterien mit einer Nennspannung von 12 V, 24 V oder 48 V angeschlossen werden. Beim Einschalten misst der Regler die Batteriespannung, erkennt die Nennspannung der an ihn angeschlossenen Batteriebank und stellt automatisch die korrekten Spannungsniveaus für die Ladevorgänge ein (siehe § Allgemeine ).
  • Page 71 WRM30+ Benutzerhandbuch Probelauf der Anlage Nach Durchführung der Anschlüsse wie in Abb. 2 ist ein Probelauf des Systems erforderlich. 1- Beim Einschalten zeigt das Display vorübergehend die Revision der Firmware an (siehe § Systemkonfiguration Punkt 1.0) und sofort danach eine Anzeige, auf der die Nennspannung des erfassten Systems angegeben wird (siehe § Punkt 0.3/0.5).
  • Page 72 WRM30+ Benutzerhandbuch Anzeigen Das WRM30+ ist mit einem Display und zwei Tasten für die Benutzerschnittstelle ausgerüstet und in zwei Bereiche unterteilt: einen zur Anzeige und einen zweiten zur Konfiguration, im ersten werden die wichtigsten Systeminformationen zusammengefasst, dann zeigen weitere Bildschirmanzeigen andere Werte detailliert an. Der andere Bereich betrifft die Konfigurationen, wo die Funktionsparameter des Systems eingestellt werden.
