Receiving Calls

Intercom Calls/Outside Calls/Group Calls

While receiving a call
Intercom Calls/Outside Calls/Group Calls
To answer a call when the PS is ringing
Press TALK.
Intercom Calls
To answer a call when the PS is ringing
Press INTERCOM.
Outside Calls
To answer a call on a specific line
Move the
joystick
RIGHT.
• You can also answer a call as follows:
– Auto Talk
– Any Key Answer (See page 41.)
– Auto Answer

Temporary Ringer Volume Adjustment

While receiving a call
Move the joystick UP or DOWN
to adjust the volume.
Talk.

Press the CO key number (0-9, , #).
(Select a CO line with a rapidly flashing icon.)
Select the CO key.
