The computer does not recognize the microSD card in the Walkman.

Disconnect the Walkman from the computer, and then try the following measures.
The computer will not recognize the microSD card in the following cases.
The microSD card is not inserted firmly enough.
You inserted the microSD card after you connected the Walkman to the computer.
1.
Select [Mount/Unmount SD Card] on the Walkman.
Tap the menu items in the following order.
– [Settings] – [Device Settings] (Basic Settings) – [Mount/Unmount SD Card].
2.
Remove the microSD card from the Walkman. Then, reinsert the microSD card firmly and securely.
3.
Connect the Walkman to the computer.
