Instructions manual
IPod Power Booster (IPB) is an optional accessory for Ice > Link ONE, Gateway
100/300 and 500 devices to provide increased power output (up to 1A) for iPhone
3Gs (with 4.x iOS) and iPhone 4G.

Installation steps:

Always make sure that the ignition key is removed from the car, the radio is
switched off and that you have the security code of the head unit (radio)
available (if applicable).
1. First, carefully remove your vehicle's existing factory fit head unit as per the
factory instructions (or check the installation manual of your device for further
details) and using the correct tools in order to get access to your Dension
hardware
2. Disconnect the Molex connector (depending on your device type this can be
(4, 10, 12 or 18 pin) from the Dension device
3. Connect the IPB male Molex connector to the Dension device and connect the
original (car harness) Molex to the female end of the Power Booster
4. Remove the round iPod dock or cradle (9 pin) connector from the device and
replace it with the IPB's round dock connector
5. Connect your iPod cable round connector to the IPB
6. Test your system functionalities
7. Finally when you have tested everything, refit your Head Unit (Take care not to
trap any wires or the Dension product and mount the modules away from the
heat and damp surfaces
