加注醇液
加注醇液。建议加注至醇槽容积80%-90%。建
议使用浓度70%以上的异丙醇。
推荐使 用浓度不小于90%的异丙醇 。

安装醇槽盖
醇液加注完毕后，请盖好带栅格的醇槽盖。

安装抛光托盘
请将抛拖盘至于抛光台上。
