The seat is not warm

Potential cause
When switching
between Rearwash and
Ladywash, the spray
wand moves back and
then forward again after
self-cleaning is
complete.
The water spray
intensity has been set
to "Low".
The water supply hose
has buckled.
The water filter is
> Change the batteries.
> Insert the batteries
the correct way round.
> Make sure the battery
spring contact is good.
> Contact your installer.
> Match the Remote
Control again.
> Adjust the seat
temperature to
"Medium" or "High".
This is normal.
> To heat the seat
continuously, please
switch off the "timed

energy saving mode".

> Adjust the seat
temperature to
"Medium" or "Low".
Solution
This is normal.
> Adjust the water spray
intensity to "Medium" or
"High".
> Contact your installer.
> Clean the water
