- Remove the battery from the collar if you are not using it for 3 months or more.
- Never leave a discharged battery in the collar: leakage could damage the product.
Maintenance
Do not use volatile liquids such as solvents or benzene to clean the product. Use a soft cloth slightly
moistened with water or a neutral detergent.
The strap can be hand washed with soapy water.
Troubleshooting
Should your product develop a fault, first read this guide over and then make sure the problem is not
caused by a low battery.
