4-5 Remove the LCD, back light assembly and rubber
connectors from the LCD frame. (Fig.3)
* When attaching the rubber connector to the
LCD frame, set the conductor side to face
inward. (Fig.4)
* When installing the DMLCD circuit board,
tighten the screws 1 through 8 in numerical
order as shown in Fig.5. If the DMLCD circuit
board is replaced, execute the "Factory Set" in
the test program.

5. MVR Circuit Board
(Time required: About 3 minutes)
5-1 Remove the "MASTER VOLUME" volume knob
from the control panel as shown in Fig.6. (Fig.1,
Fig.6)
5-2 Remove the lower case assembly. (See procedure 1.)
5-3 Remove the three (3) screws marked [380C]. The
MVR circuit board can then be removed. (Fig.2)
6. ENC Circuit Board
(Time required: About 3 minutes)
6-1 Pull out the "CATEGORY" encoder knob from the
control panel as shown in Fig.7. (Fig.1, Fig.7)
6-2 Remove the lower case assembly. (See procedure 1.)
6-3 Remove the four (4) screws marked [380D]. The
ENC circuit board can then be removed. (Fig.2)

※ LCD フレームにゴムコネクターを取り付けるとき
は、導電部を内側にしてください。 （図 4）
※ DMLCD シ ー ト を 取 り 付 け る と き は、 図 5 の 番
号 1 ∼ 8 の 順 に ネ ジ を 締 め て く だ さ い。 ま た、
DMLCD シートを交換した場合は、テストプログ
ラムの"Factory Set"を実行してください。

用の V ツマミを図 6 のようにして抜いておきます。

5-3 [380C] のネジ 3 本を外して、MVR シートを外し
ます。 （図 2）

（所要時間 : 約 3 分）
6-1 コントロールパネルから、 "CATEGORY"用のエ
ンコーダツマミを図 7 のようにして抜いておきま
す。 （図 1、図 7）
6-2 下ケース Ass'y を外します。 （1 項参照）
6-3 [380D] のネジ 4 本を外して、ENC シートを外し
ます。 （図 2）
