    When you’re done pairing, read through the guide to learn more about your new watch and then explore the Fitbit dashboard. Set up with your Windows 10 PC If you don’t have a smartphone, you can set up and sync FB504 & FB505 using a Bluetooth-enabled Windows 10 PC and the Fitbit app.

    If you see fields for a username or domain when connecting to the Wi-Fi network on a computer, the network isn’t supported. For best results, connect FB504 & FB505 to your home or work Wi-Fi network. Make sure you know the network password before connecting.

    To adjust the Heart Rate setting, open the Settings app ( ) on FB504 & FB505 > Heart Rate. Note that the green LED on the back of FB504 & FB505 continues to flash even if you turn off Hear Rate tracking.

    Calendar requirements For calendar events, FB504 & FB505 shows the title, location, and time of the event in addition to any details you’ve entered. To receive calendar alerts on your watch, make sure you allow the calendar app on your phone to send notifications.

    Check your heart rate Heart-rate zones help you target the training intensity of your choice. FB504 & FB505 shows your current zone and progress toward your maximum heart rate next to your heart-rate reading. On your Fitbit dashboard, you can see your time spent in zones during a particular day or exercise. Three zones based on American Heart Association recommendations are available by default, or you can create a custom zone if you have a specific heart rate you’re targeting.

    Reorder apps To change the placement of an app, press and hold an app on FB504 & FB505 until it’s selected and then drag it to a new location. You know the app is selected when it increases slightly in size.

    4. Tap or click the app > Remove. Update Apps Apps on FB504 & FB505 update automatically over Wi-Fi as needed. FB504 & FB505 searches for updates when plugged into the charger and in range of your Wi-Fi network. When an update is in progress over Wi-Fi, the download icon ( ) appears on the shortcuts screen.

    When a firmware update is available you’ll see a notification in the Fitbit app prompting you to update. When the update starts, a progress bar appears on FB504 & FB505 and in the Fitbit app until the update is complete. For best results, make sure your watch is charged and can connect to your Wi-Fi network.

    If you’re not getting a heart-rate signal, first make sure you’re wearing your watch correctly, either moving it higher or lower on your wrist or tightening or loosening the band. FB504 & FB505 should be in contact with your skin. After holding your arm still and straight for a short time, you should see your heart rate again.
