Hazard Warning Devices
Hazard Warning Lamp
Hazard warning lamp switch is located on the center
console. For information about hazard warning lamp, refer
to "Lighting and Switches" in "Instruments and Controls"
section.
Note: Before you stop or slow down the vehicle due to
some emergent problems, turn on the hazard warning
lamp immediately to warn other road users.
It is recommended to turn on the hazard warning lamp in
case of the followings:
• The emergency occurs.
• The vehicle breaks down.
• The vehicle is being towed.
The use of hazard warning lamp shall follow relevant local
regulations.
If the hazard warning lamp fails, relevant measures shall be
taken to draw others' attention, but such measures shall
comply with the traffic rules.

Warning Triangle
The warning triangle is stowed in the trunk.
In case the vehicle breaks down on the road, or the traffic
accidents occur, which encumbers the traffic and is hard
to move, turn on the hazard warning lamp as regulated
and place a warning triangle approximately 50m to 100m
behind the vehicle.
