Some terminal equipments (e.g. modems) do not work correctly,
if metering pulses are sent. Thus it is possible to switch them off.
Restrictions for NT+2ab/CA restr. and Pairgain:
a/b1 via a/b1 only; a/b2 via a/b2 only.
