These are used to establish the settings of the camera
and peripheral devices.

This is used to adjust the auto iris level of the
lens iris.
Adjustment range: 0 to 100
SPEED: Auto iris speed
This is used to set the feedback speed of the
auto iris.
Adjustment range: 1 to 25
WINDOW(ALC): Auto iris window
This is used to set the image detection area
window for the auto iris.

When the AK-HC3500A/AK-HC3500
camera is used

W hen the AK-HC3500A/AK-HC3500 camera
is used
The level compensation switch for the auto
iris to set to ON when using a lens which is
automatically opened by two stops when a lens
extender has been inserted.
Selection range: NORM, ON
When the AK-HC3800 camera is used
This does not operate and "- - -" is displayed
because the function is not available.
when Ext Comp. switch is at ON
W hen the AK-HC3500A/AK-HC3500 camera
is used
This is used to adjust the amount of auto iris
level compensation when the Ext Comp. switch
is at ON.
Adjustment range: –40 to 40
When the AK-HC3800 camera is used
This does not operate and "- - -" is displayed
because the function is not available.

This is used to set the compensation range in
which to compensate the iris level during auto
iris using the IRIS control.
Selection range: NORM, 3/4, 2/4, 1/4
SHUTTER/V.RESO
This is fixed to "SHUTTER" display.
Selection range: SHUTTER
This is used to set the power of the camera
head's fan to OFF/ON/AUTO.
In the case of the AK-HC3500A or AK-HC3500
camera, the fan speed is automatically changed
in accordance with the internal temperature if
this is set to AUTO.
Selection range:
When the AK-HC3500A/AK-HC3500
camera is used
OFF, ON, AUTO
When the AK-HC3800 camera is used

W hen the AK-HC3500A/AK-HC3500 camera
is used
This is used to set the speed of the camera
head's fan.
Selection range: LOW, NORM
• "- - -" is displayed when the FAN MODE is
AUTO.
When the AK-HC3800 camera is used
This does not operate and "- - -" is displayed
because the function is not available.
