Installing Battery

To Install the Battery
1. Insert the tab on the base of the battery into the
notches on the base of the phone, as shown.
2. Push the battery down until it snaps into place.

To Remove the Battery
1. If necessary, switch off the phone by holding
down .
2. Press and hold the catch on the back of the phone
( ), then lift it away ( ).

Charging a Battery

Your phone is powered by a rechargeable Li-ion
battery.
A travel charger is provided with your phone. Use
only Samsung-approved batteries and chargers. Ask
you local SAMSUNG dealer for further details.
The phone can be used while the battery is charging.
Note: You must fully charge the battery before
using your phone for the first time. A discharged
battery is fully recharged in approximately 180
minutes.
