    M A N U A L O P E R A T I O N CONVECTION COOKING During convection heating, hot air is circulated through- out the oven cavity to brown and crisp foods quickly and evenly. This oven can be programmed for ten dif- ferent convection cooking temperatures for up to 99 minutes, 99 seconds.
