OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Fuel
Filling The Fuel Tank
Warning
• Always shut off the engine before fuelling. Never add fuel to a machine with a running or hot engine. Move at least 3m
away from the re-fuelling site before starting engine. Do not smoke when re-fuelling or operating the blower.
• Use pure fuell, do not use fuel that is more than 2-3 months old. Empty the tank during longer breaks and fill it up again
as soon as you wish to use the blower again.
Note
It is normal for smoke to be emitted frim a new engine during and after first use.
1. Place the blower upright on the ground or on a sturdy bench and wipe any debris from around the fuel cap.
2. Unscrew the fuel tank cap (See Fig. 9) and pour the fuel into the tank (See Fig. 10). Be careful not to spill any fuel. If
this happens,wipe the spill with a clean rag.

Check and replenishiment of the engine oil
Caution
• To avoid damage of the engine before starting you should check if the engine oil is sufficient or needs to be replaced.
• Replace engine oil every 10 hours of operation or more frequently when used in dry and dusty environments.
• Put the blower on flat, even ground, remove the dipstick and check the engine oil level (Fig.1 & Fig.2).

• Add the oil up to the high level mark if it is insufficient.
• If the oil is dirty, it needs to be replaced with 10W - 40 engine oil.
