OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Starting The Blower
To start the engine, proceed as follows:
1. Press the primer 10 times until there are no air bubbles are visible in the fuel
discharge line.
Note: This is not necessary if the engine is warm.
2. If the engine is cold, close the choke. (See Fig. 16).
Note: This is not necessary if the engine is warm.
3. Place the blower on the ground, and hold the blower handle firmly with your right
hand.
4. Pull the recoil starter until the engine sounds like it wants to run. (See Fig. 17).
5. Open the choke. (See Fig. 18).
6. Pull the recoil starter rapidly until the engine starts.
7. Allow the engine to run for 10 seconds to let it warm up.
8. To increase the engine speed squeeze the throttle trigger.
Stopping The Blower
• Stop the engine by pressing the off button and holding it for 2 seconds.
Blowing
• Start the blower engine, as previously described. Hold the blower firmly about 10-20 cm from the goound and move it
in a sweeping motion from left to right, directing the debris to the desired location.
• Use low throttle settings when clearing lightweight materials from around lawns or shrubbery.
• Use medium to higher throttle settings to move lightweight grass or leaves from driveways or paths.
• Use full throttle when moving heavy loads such as dirt.
Important
• Blower noise increases at higher throttle settings. Always use the lowest throttle setting required to get the job done
• Never operate the blower unless it is properly assembled and in good working condition.
• Never operate the blower without a properly functioning muffler and spark arrestor installed.
