Installation Instructions

1. Plug the mini USB plug on the USB lead supplied into the USB power inserter, plug the other end
into a USB socket on the back of your TV (available on most recent TVs) or a computer as shown in
Fig. 1. If you are in a very strong signal area you may not need to use the USB power connection.
Please Note: If there is no USB socket available on your TV you can use a standard USB charger with an
output socket of 1 A or more.
2. lf your TV has a built-in digital tuner, connect the F plug from your aerial to the power inserter and
then connect the integrated coax cable from the power inserter into the RF input on your TV.
Alternatively you can use your aerial to provide TV signals to Freeview
other set top boxes. Connect the F plug on your aerial lead to the power inserter then connect the
integrated coax cable from the power inserter into the RF input on your set top box and connect
the set top box to your TV using an HDMI, SCART or RF lead as appropriate (follow your set top box
instructions).
