into the PCI Express x24 slot on the
motherboard. Ensure that the golden
connectors of the riser card bracket
is firmly seated in place.

You can install an ASUS PIKE II card on the provided PCI-E slot onboard.
To install an ASUS PIKE II card:

Firmly hold the riser card bracket, then pull it up to detach it from the PCI Express x24
slot on the motherboard.
