When the cold water is cooling the reservoir, it never shuts off. Just continues to run.

The Primo Water 601234 cold water reservoir may never shut off and continue to run due to a possible malfunction in the cooling system, a faulty thermostat, or an issue with the convenience switches. If the cooling system does not detect the correct temperature, it may keep running continuously. Checking the on/off switches, ensuring proper setup, and verifying that the unit is plugged into a functioning GFCI outlet may help diagnose the issue. If the problem persists, contacting customer support may be necessary.

My unit will cool, heat and regenerate the water as usual. I moved my unit from one location to another and now it will not dispense water. The hot initially dispensed, now I do not get hot or cold. I have unplugged the unit for 10 min. and plugged back in to reset it, still nothing.
