Using the Dynamo Charging
Rear View
External Adapter Charging
1. plug the matched external adapter into the AC outlet, connect the cable to the
mini-USB DC-in port of the radio. This radio will charge the built-in Ni-MH batter-
ies automatically.
2.While charging, the "CHA" indicator in the front of the radio will be lit.

1. The longest charging time is 8 hours.
2. This mini-USB charge DC-in port is applies
only to the Ni-MH batteries.
3. You can use a matched external adapter
which is with mini-USB DC-in plug, 5V output voltage and 300mA output
current or above.

1. Pull out the hand crank of the
dynamo at the back of the radio,
then rotating it at a constant speed,
the built-in dynamo will start to
generate electricity. This radio will
charge the Ni-MH batteries auto-
maticlly.
2. While charging, the "CHA" indic-
ator in the front of the radio will be
on. The lightness of the charging
indicator shows the charging
intensity of the batteries power.

Computer USB Port Charging
1. You can also use the personal computer's USB port to charge the radio,
connect the USB cable to your PC's USB port to the Mini-USB DC-in port of the
radio with attached accessories.
2. While charging, the "CHA" indicator in the front of the radio will be lit.

Charging the Mobile Devices
1. Connect the your USB cable from this USB DC-out port in the radio to your
cellphone or MP3 Player, You can charge some your mobile equipment in the
emergencies.
2. Insert the other port of the cellphone or MP3 player charging cable into the
USB output port.
