CHARGER DOES NOT START/RUN **** does not run. Verified line voltage as far as "SCHUMACHER 2999001229 PC Board" (photo of PC board attached) User manual has no troubleshooting instructions. No Line Voltage power into transformer in any switch position, no output from transformer.
