    About our Service - Before you Begin The MCOTos service was developed to help doctors detect and treat heart problems that may not happen often enough to be found during a routine ECG in the physician’s office. Using a sensor worn around your neck and a monitor that transmits your heart rhythms to our monitoring center, we can help physicians detect problems that may infrequently occur, whether you feel them or not, even while you are sleeping.
