YOU MIGHT BE THINKING...

Q: Will my battery's capacity decrease over time?
A: The capacity of the lithium-ion battery used as the main drive lithium-ion battery on your Mitsubishi i-MiEV, like other commonly used
main drive lithium-ion battery, will decrease according to time and usage. This type of decrease in battery capacity is normal, and is
not indicative of any defect or failure in your main drive lithium-ion battery.
Q: Can I charge when it is raining or stormy?
A: To reduce the risk of electric shock, connect only to a properly grounded and waterproofed outlet. Never connect or disconnect the
plug with a wet hand. Do not charge if there is a risk of lightning.
Q: How can I tow my car?
A: Do not tow this vehicle with rear wheels on the ground at any time. Please see additional information in your Owner's Manual.
Q: What do I do if I need to store my Mitsubishi i-MiEV for a long period of time?
A: Do not disconnect the main drive lithium-ion battery or any of the iMiEV's cables. Charge the main drive lithium-ion battery to full
every 3 months. Try to avoid storage in a hot or cold environment. Do not leave the battery charged with more than 4 bars as this may
severely decrease the main drive lithium-ion battery's overall lifespan. Check the battery residual every 3 months and if you see any
discharge, please charge to 2-4 bars. Try to avoid storage in a hot or cold environment.
Q: Where can I find charging stations?
A: You can find charging stations near you by logging on to the US Department of Energy's Website at www.afdc.energy.gov.
Q: Why does my Mitsubishi i-MiEV Energy Level show bars but the engine won't start?
A: Even though your main drive lithium-ion battery displays a charge, your 12 volt starter battery may be drained and in need of charging.
Your 12 volt starter battery provides the power to start up the main battery.
Q: What does this light mean?
A:
The Tire Pressure Monitoring System illumimates when one or more of your tires are significantly underinflated. Please note that
changes in the outside temperature may decrease tire pressure causing the TPMS light to turn on. If the TPMS light remains
illuminated, check your tire pressure.
Q: What do I do if I need Roadside Assistance?
A: For Roadside Assistance, call 1-888-648-7820.
Q: Where do I get my Mitsubishi i-MiEV serviced?
A: Only Mitsubishi i-MiEV authorized dealers are factory trained to service your vehicle.
