Die werkseitige Programmierung erfolgt über eine opti- sche Schnittstelle. Funktionsweise (siehe Abb. I) Beim IZAR PULSE H handelt es sich um einen Ring mit einem Hallsensor und einem speziellen elektronischen Schaltkreis, der die Informationen verarbeitet und in Form von Signalen des Open-Collector-Typs (polarisiert) überträgt. -

Deutsch IZAR PULSE H Installation 3.1 Identifikation Stellen Sie sicher, dass der IZAR PULSE H mit dem Zäh- ler, an dem er befestigt werden soll, kompatibel ist (roter oder blauer Ring von DIEHL Metering). Die Installation eines Rückschlagventils ist nicht unbedingt notwendig, weil der IZAR PULSE H den Rückwärtslauf erkennt. 3.2 Überprüfung der Installation (Abb. Erfolgt der Durchfluss wie- der in normaler Richtung, nimmt der IZAR PULSE H die Impulsgebung wieder auf, sobald die Durchflussmenge über dem Rückfluss liegt (bis zu einem Maximum von 500 Impulsen). DIEHL Metering. The factory default programming is carried out via the optical interface. Operation (see Fig. I) IZAR PULSE H is a ring with a sensor that uses the Hall effect principle and a special electronic circuitry that pro- cesses the information and transmits it in the form of open-collector type signals (polarised). -

Page 20: Izar Pulse H With Three Wires
The IZAR PULSE H with three wires is a pulse emitter which takes the flow direction into account. Principle: If there is a reverse flow, IZAR PULSE H emits no pulse. When the flow resumes in the normal direction, IZAR PULSE H only resumes pulse emission when the flow volume makes up for the reverse flow (up to a max- imum of 500 pulses). -

It is important to take the polarity of the power supply into account. Otherwise the IZAR PULSE H can be damaged (if the power supply is higher than 30 V / 100 mA) or no usable signals can be generated. -
