    FUEL Petrol is very flammable. Avoid smoking or fuelling the hedge trimmer anywhere near a flame or sparks. Allow the engine to cool be- fore re-fuelling. Fuel the engine at least 3m away from your work area. • Use a ratio of 25:1 unleaded petrol to 2-stroke oil. For semi-synthetic or synthetic oils use the manufacturer's ratio.
