Viewing the Display Screen

The status bar at the top of your phone's display screen provides
information about your phone's status and options. These tables
identify the major symbols you'll see on the status bar or other
positions of your phone's display screen.
Tip
To view a list of your phone's icons and descriptions, press
MENU/OK > Settings > Phone Info > Icon Glossary .
Service Icons
– Your phone's current signal strength. 
Signal Strength
(More bars = stronger signal.)
No Service
– Your phone cannot find a usable signal.
Roaming
– Your phone is "roaming" off the home network.
Web Service
– 1xRTT Web service is available. When active, the
icon is animated.
Web Service Dormant
Web Service Unavailable
– Web service is currently dormant.
– Web service is currently unavailable.
