Managing Video Files
The VX360 allows you to delete or protect video files to enable you to make the most of the
recording media you have available and reduce the risk of accidental removal of valuable
footage.
To delete a video file(s):
o
Navigate to the Video Files menu (See Video File Playback for step by step guide)
o
Use the UP/DOWN buttons to select the video file you wish to edit
o
Press the SETUP button to enter the Video Files settings
o
To remove the selected video file or all video files use the UP/DOWN buttons to move the
cursor to the Delete menu option
o
Press the RIGHT button to enter the Delete submenu
o
Press the UP/DOWN arrow to select One or All (Attention! selecting All will delete all
video files from the device. One will delete the file you have selected only)
o
To confirm the selection press the PLAY/PAUSE button
o
Or to abort the deletion process, press the STOP button to return to the Main Menu.
To protect a video file:
o
Navigate to the individual video file settings menu in the Video Files menu as described
above
o
Move to the menu option Protect
o
Press the RIGHT button to enter the Protect sub menu
o
Use the UP/DOWN buttons to select On
o
Press the PLAY/PAUSE button to confirm the selection
o
Or to abort the process press the STOP button to return to the Main Menu
