@Shameer door open

The d-0 error code means the door is closed. The code "D 1(on) or 0(off)" indicates the door status, where 0 means the door is off (closed) and 1 means it is on (open).

The fridge broke coldchain after restocking at 14:15 hrs on the Monday and was found to be current temp was 6.1, minimum temp was 3.7 and maximum was 10.4 at 18:14pm but was not rest until Tuesday morning at 0800hrs when it was within normal range except for maximum still at 10.4; the fridge was then reset within cold range. The fridge was never opened before it was reset. Can you let me know if it is still safe to use the vaccines.

The Labcold IntelliCold fridge can still be safe to use for vaccines after a temperature fluctuation, but only if the temperature returns to normal and remains stable. After an alarm is triggered due to temperature rise or drop, the cause should be investigated immediately. You should confirm that the temperature returns to normal (5°C after about an hour) and leave the fridge running for 24 hours before storing temperature-sensitive vaccines. Also, reset the maximum/minimum temperature record before use to ensure accurate monitoring.

May 15, 2025

When the Labcold IntelliCold fridge is beeping and displaying "t2h", it indicates that the temperature recorded by Temperature Probe 2 (T2) is high. This could be due to warm air entering the fridge, such as when the door has been open too long. The fridge should be closed, and the temperature monitored until it returns to the set point.

My fridge is not working, there is what I can only assume to be an error code on the front of the fridge that has the letter t in the second column and nothing else showing however this error code does not seem to show up on any of my searches, is my fridge totally broken or can this be fixed?

The error code with the letter 't' in the second column (Column B) refers to Temperature Probe 1. If it shows an error such as "Start Error," it indicates a total system failure. This means the fridge should not be used, and the contents should be removed immediately. It cannot be fixed by the user and requires contacting the retailer.
