installation). Ensure the bottom latches on the accessory
are secured to the port on the garage door opener.
NOTE: The inflator accessory will not operate unless the
DC accessory ports have been activated. See Activating/
Deactivating DC Accessory Ports earlier in this manual.
 Depress latches to release and remove the accessory.
EXTENDING/RETRACTING HIGH PRESSURE
HOSE
See Figure 7, page 12.
 To extend the high pressure hose, grasp the hose itself
and pull downward.
NOTE: To prevent the high pressure hose from retracting,
you may need to pull the hose beyond your desired length.
 To retract the high pressure hose, pull down, then release
gently and allow the hose to rewind itself onto the reel.
Do not allow the hose to snap back into place.
WARNING:
Do not allow the hose to retract quickly, which can cause
it to snap back or swing and cause serious personal injury
or property damage.
 To use the positioning ball, extend the hose to the desired
length. Push the positioning ball up or down to keep the
hose from rewinding past the ball.
USING THE INFLATION TRIGGER HANDLE
See Figures 8 - 11, page 12.
WARNING:
To prevent possible injury from unintended use or damage
to the unit, the inflator will stop automatically after 20
minutes of continuous use.
 Install inflator accessory and extend the high pressure
hose.
 Position air chuck clamp lever in the unlock position
perpendicular to the hose on the trigger handle.
 Place the air chuck on the valve stem.
 Push the air chuck down so that the threaded section of
the valve stem is inside the air chuck.
 Clamp the end of the air chuck down onto the valve stem
by pressing air chuck clamp lever down until it stops or
is parallel with the hose on the trigger handle.
WARNING:
Improperly attached hoses or adaptors can become
detached under pressure and cause serious injury.
Possible air leaks can cause faulty pressure readings.
Make sure all connections are tightly secured.

OPERATION

 Activate accessory port #1 (right side installation) or
accessory port #5 (left side installation).
 Squeeze the trigger to begin inflation. To avoid over-
inflation, monitor system pressure during use.
NOTE: The pressure gauge will indicate the pressure, in
multiple scales during use.
NOTE: Maximum PSI for this unit is 145 psi.
 When the desired pressure is reached, release the trigger
and remove the air chuck by lifting the air chuck clamp
lever.
 To release air pressure in the event of over-inflation,
depress the pressure relief valve on the rear of the trigger
handle.
NOTICE:
The trigger handle is designed to allow air to escape until
the trigger is pulled. Air escaping from the handle when
the trigger is released is normal. Do not block the air vent
hole on the trigger handle. Do not alter or remove trigger
handle. Do not attempt to use the inflator accessory with
the trigger handle removed.
INSTALLING/REMOVING ADAPTORS
See Figure 12, page 13.
WARNING:
Improperly attached adaptors can become detached
under pressure and cause serious injury. Possible air
leaks can cause faulty pressure readings. Make sure all
connections are tightly secured.
The high pressure air hose can be used with adaptors to
inflate a variety of items.
 Position air chuck clamp lever in the unlock position
perpendicular to the hose on the trigger handle.
 Insert adaptor into air chuck and push air chuck clamp
down until it locks into place.
 To remove, lift air chuck clamp up and remove adaptor
from air chuck.
WARNING:
Garage ceilings and car heights vary. Ensure that there
is adequate clearance between the top of your vehicle
and the bottom of the trigger handle when the inflator is
in the storage position. Failure to do so could result in
serious personal injury or property damage.
