Regular maintenance
This chapter describes the regular maintenance of CM120-MU.
Characteristics of regular maintenance of CM120-MU are to estimate a maintenance
period automatically by the run time and inform it to the user. Carrying out mainte-
nance, based on the run time, enables to run the machine in a more stable condition.
Also, "Maintenance mode" can be used for making the operation easy. This chapter
is constructed as follows.
1-1 Outline of Maintenance
Maintenance period and history, and entering "Maintenance mode" to be
used for operation are described. Also, the list of item for each period and
unit is shown.
1-2 Lubricating
How to use the grease gun and greasing points is described.
1-3 to 1-7 Details of Operation for Each Period
Details of maintenance is described for each period.
