My EPH room thermostat is not shutting off when it reaches the set temp. How do I access the batteries to change them?

To access the batteries in an EPH Controls RFRA thermostat, press the button on the bottom of the thermostat. This will detach the front housing from the baseplate, allowing access to the battery compartment.
